  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) stating name, objectives, and details of governing body members

  • Rules and Regulations / Bye-laws of the society or association

  • Passport size photographs of all founding members

  • Identity proof of all members (PAN card, Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License)

  • Address proof of all members (Aadhaar card, Passport, Utility bill, or Bank statement)

  • Proof of registered office address of the society or association (rent agreement, NOC from landlord, or property ownership document)

  • List of governing body/executive committee members with their signatures

  • Declaration by president and secretary confirming the correctness of information

  • Resolution of the first governing body meeting approving formation and registration

  • Covering letter signed by founding members submitting documents to Registrar of Societies

  • Affidavit in the prescribed form in Rs.100/- E Stamp paper duly notarized

  • Payment receipt of prescribed government registration fee
